About Me
I have been a professional Leadership & Development coach for over 5 years, working as a full-time coach for Officers & Detectives for 1.5+ of those. My coaching approach is built upon ethical and evidence-based practice, aligned with my background in Occupational Psychology. I aim to bring a holistic perspective, appreciating people as individuals that work and live within complicated systems. Inclusion and belonging are pillars of my work. I bring this to life through a person-centred approach that cultivates a safe, nonjudgmental space in which to explore your development, addressing challenges and celebrating successes together along the way.
My experience is broad, working with people in different sectors and roles with varying work experience, management and leadership responsibilities— from emerging, established, up to C-Suite leaders from diverse backgrounds. Coaching has explored a range of topics including, wellbeing, confidence, impact, leadership development, career development, transitions, relationship building and culture change. Ultimately, I work with people to clarify and balance their priorities, developing your capabilities to live and work authentically and at your best (appreciating that your ‘best’ fluctuates from day to day; we’re only human).
I feel it’s important for a Coach to reflect the core value of coaching, making time for reflection and constantly improving my practice— I do this through regular CPD as a member of the Division of Coaching Psychology at the British Psychological Society (BPS) and ongoing supervision with a Coaching Psychologist.
I look forward to working with you if you feel we’d be a good match!
