Helping people and organisations create healthy & sustainable ways of working

Applied work psychology through coaching, consultancy and learning

We spend over 84,365 hours of our lives at work. Those hours shape more than our careers— they influence our wellbeing, relationships, confidence and sense of purpose.

That's why I partner with purpose-driven leaders, founders and organisations to create healthier, more effective ways of working through evidence-informed coaching, consultancy and learning.

Hi there,

I'm Dani— An Occupational Psychologist, but first and foremost, a human who wants to make work better by supporting others to live and lead at their best.

I have worked in the organisational and leadership development space for 7+ years, working on emerging leadership development programmes for Detectives for 1.5+ of those.

My approach is grounded in ethical and evidence-based practice, and shaped by a deep understanding of people within the wider systems they work and live within. I believe work can be a place that elevates people— supporting development, connection, wellbeing, meaning and performance. Inclusion, belonging and relational dynamics are at the heart of my approach.

Through coaching, workshops, and leadership programmes, I create safe and generative learning spaces where people can step back and reflect on how they think, behave, lead, and relate to others at work. Together, we explore not only capability and performance, but also identity— supporting people to lead in ways that feel authentic, intentional, and sustainable.

I work with leaders at all levels, from emerging leaders through to C-suite executives, supporting people from diverse backgrounds and with varying leadership responsibilities. Learning experiences often explore topics including leadership development, confidence, wellbeing, impact, career development, transitions, relationship building, and culture change.

Ultimately, my work is about helping people develop the clarity, confidence, and capability to lead in ways that are effective, relational, and deeply human— creating healthier, joyful and impactful working experiences.
